Refund policy

Returns 

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition 
• Returned in the original packaging (including the box and any included materials)

To start a return, email us at info@fulanfulani.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will share the next steps.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Email info@fulanfulani.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Any item returned after the 3-day return window

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you would like a different item, please return your order within 3 days (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
